Our clients are hotel owners or financial institutions dealing with independent or chain hotel operators, under a management contract.
Our clients do not necessarily have hotel experience or full understanding of the specific hospitality metrics.
The fast pace of the industry requires specific knowledge and experience, which we have acquired in the last 30 years running hotel operations.
We concentrate on the operational side of the running of hospitality projects (hotels, restaurants, appartments…).
Our aim is to bring them an independent view on the opration sof the hotel, on the performance by the operator.
Our role is also to translate the information provided by the operators so that owners can understand these. We link the operational results with the financial aspiration of the owners.
Our solution is a periodic review of the P&L, as well as an operational scale, looking at qualitative and quantitative KPI’s.
We will provide the owners recommendations to optimise revenues and profitability KPI’s.
We will also consult when owners challenge the operators’ performance and have served as independent hotel specialists when owners wanted to re-evaluate their contracts.
