The client is a multinational that planned to redevelop +30.000.000 m² of newly constructed urban area, projects spread over 5 major Moroccan cities. Within the cities, 24 new hotels were planned.

  • Search for suitable hotel operators, depending on the various concepts.

  • Support the client in managing the hospitality real estate portfolio; i.e. a stronger product and brand.

  • Building synergies within their hospitality activities: developing an operating company for managing the hotel portfolio and development.

  • We performed a full portfolio assessment for their existing 35 hospitality assets, advising them on strategic choices and definitions for each.
