The client is a multinational that planned to redevelop +30.000.000 m² of newly constructed urban area, projects spread over 5 major Moroccan cities. Within the cities, 24 new hotels were planned.

Building synergies within their hospitality activities: developing an operating company for managing the hotel portfolio and development.
